DR. MILLICENT BLACK SENDS APPRECIATION FOR LAST WEEK'S CANDLELIGHT SERVICE
Dear All, My sincere appreciation for your cooperation and participation in the Candlelight Service. I've had an overwhelming response from the Conference Call Church members and from the TI Community on the impact this service had on them. Many said they were moved to tears.
There were 109 people in attendance and over 25 states were represented in the lighting of a candle to pierce the darkness that is threatening to take over our nation. The names of nearly 30 deceased TI's were read and other names were added by those present on the Call. Minister Barbara Hyseni wrote and read a beautiful poem about our dearly departed asking us to, please Remember Me.
I propose to make this an annual event. There were more than enough people who are willing to support this effort.
Frank, thank you for your kind, gentle spirit and for your willingness to share Targeted Massachusetts' podcast with Refuge From the Storm Church. It was a pleasure to work with each of you individually and as a group. Please share my thanks with members of your individual organizations and with your newsletter recipients.
Blessings, Dr. Millicent Black Pastor, Refuge From the Storm Church

ROBERT DUNCAN VISITS THE TECH COMMITTEE
Last Wednesday, 1/16, the Tech Committee received a surprise visit from Dr. Robert Duncan, the resident guru of all things technical in our community. It was quite an interesting exchange of ideas and insights. It gave me a clearer idea of what we need to achieve in terms of evidence for a court case. After this hour or so exchange, my impression is that our issues remain a daunting challenge to sustain in a court of law. I believe it is possible, although very specialized equipment and supervision will be needed.
The committee meeting was not recorded, however, we do hope that Robert will return as a guest along with Richard Lighthouse, who sometimes visits and Josh, Neal, and the rest of the Tech Committee for a special informational podcast that would benefit our entire community.
GROUP POLICE REPORT IN SAN DIEGO
Rodi in San Diego would like to talk to police and would like some others in his area to join him for support. This idea of talking to police as a group was suggested by the FBI agent Harden Walker and I met with a couple months ago. And as far as I know, it has not been attempted by any group of TI's anywhere.
There is virtually no risk that I've heard of in talking to police in a group setting about our issues as long as they don't feel you all would be a danger to yourselves or others, Those in the San Diego area who would like to participate in a discussion with the police in support of Rodi may contact him at: jabronrodi@gmail.com
