I cannot believe we are only 4 weeks away from the end of the college year!
If you are returning to us in September 2021, please make sure you have completed your enrolment forms and initial assessments. Please pop in to see Shelly on reception at Dukeries or your tutors at Sutton.
Here are a few key things that will be happening in the next few weeks:
- You will be receiving your learner reports to parents /carers next week in the post
- There are still places available for a free swim, please let me and shelly know so we can book it for you
- Construction learners have the opportunity to visit an Ashfield District Council building site week commencing the 4th
of July 2021. Please speak to your tutor for information
- Open Day - If you know anyone that would like to come and visit us, to see if they would like to study with us from September 2021 please refer them to Shelly.
- Learner celebration awards.

Jo and Rosie- Childcare and Employability
HUGE congratulations to Chloe G who has been offered a job as a Care and Support Worker, she is due to finish her L2 course on Thursday and has been an outstanding student this year. Well done Chloe, we will miss you!
Libby and Lillie have both been actively looking for roles in the Childcare sector when they finish their course with us, good luck and we will miss you next year!

Owen and Glen - Motor Vehicle
A massive thank you to all of the motor vehicle learners who have been so very patient with us over the course of the last term. It’s not been easy for you but you have shown so much resilience throughout.
Matt and Mark- Construction
What a great attitude towards their work the construction learners demonstrated this week! They were focused and respectful of the visitor!
Lou and Clare- Hair and Beauty
Cordelia and Megan have been working hard to meet their assessment units, especially the colouring unit!
Jeannette and Wendy - Childcare
Will S and Carly S have both gained employment through placements and have almost completed their qualification. You have both worked so hard.
Well done to Bradley D who has also got a part time job, has developed an extremely positive and mature attitude towards work and studies

Massive shout out to tutors Clare F and Amanda T for working hard to keep the Fare share social supermarket going in Ollerton. It is going from strength to strength every week. We ran out of food half way through the last session due to high demand! Jamella M our volunteer is doing amazing work to support ATTFE and the local community.
