Code Changes for Pennsylvania are right around the corner!
It is expected that by the end of the first quarter of 2022, Pennsylvania will be adopting and enforcing the 2018 International Code Council Codes - at least those that currently are adopted by the Uniform Construction Code
Stay tuned as the exact date will soon come into focus.
But as you might suspect - it's not all that simple! Which is why PCCA is currently offering a half-day virtual 2018 Update to the International Residential Code.
