GROUP POLICE REPORT IN SAN DIEGO
Rodi in San Diego would like to talk to police and would like some others in his area to join him for support. This idea of talking to police as a group was suggested by the FBI agent Harden Walker and I met with a couple months ago. And as far as I know, it has not been attempted by any group of TI's anywhere.
There is virtually no risk that I've heard of in talking to police in a group setting about our issues as long as they don't feel you all would be a danger to yourselves or others, Those in the San Diego area who would like to participate in a discussion with the police in support of Rodi may contact him at: jabronrodi@gmail.com

GREETINGS FROM PAOLO FIORA AND FRIENDS AT FRIENDS MEETING HOUSE IN LONDON

After a bit of an absence, I again managed to organize a TI meeting last Thursday, a 3 hour meeting with 6 people present, at Friends Meeting House in London.
I persuaded an old friend of mine, Ciaron O'Reilly, someone I met at the Free Julian Assange Campaign, to join us. Ciaron is a good friend of Julian and a world-renowned peace activist, who is even on Wikipedia, and has been jailed for his peaceful but uncompromising activism in his native Australia, in the US and even in Ireland. And he is also a leading figure in the global Free Julian Assange movement.
At the moment, together with a number of London Catholic Workers, he and other Julian's supporters, are holding a 24/7 vigil outside London Ecuadorian Embassy where Julian is confined, but it took some time off to join our 3 hour meeting.
In the event group pic you can only see 4 people because the remaining 2 people didn't want their picture taken. You can see Ciaron on my right, second from left, a little the worst for wear and tear because of his 24/7 vigil. I know it is always uplifting for Tis when we can get support from outside our community, from well-known activists etc.

XENOLITE SHIELDING GEAR
Dear fellow TIs,
The article in the last Nov 2018 PACT Intl newsletter titled 'My shielding gear' by Jay, he stated that the Xenolite lead vest aprons, skirts, etc. were the best coverage he had used for electronic harassment and DEW attacks. I purchased the vest and skirt which was to protect me from electronic sexual harrassment. Well I have had the vest and skirt for 3 weeks, both vest and skirt worked excellent, but I started to feel attacks coming Wednesday Jan 9, 2019, the last night Jan 20, 2019.
The perps broke thru the lead barrier, I begin feeling the attacks and vibrations all over again. I did not know how to contact Jay to let him know that all this was very costly and was only a temporary solution. I just purchased my home last year, and I am surrounded by 20 homes with perps harassing me day and night and sometimes my daughters and grandchild who all live in the home.
Laser Surveillance is coming thru all the windows, so I have purchased 4 Shomer-tec Laser surveillance defeaters in several windows, I have 12 Altuerra whole house plugs in electric outlets throughout the home, I also use gel packs, silicon covered mitts, 2 gel filled pads, silver, copper cloths, all these things have helped but because I am centered in the midst of all these perps using directed energy weapons, I have become over powered, by all this. My home is being destroyed and some of the police and firemen are also involved.
The past year we have been followed everywhere. Many of the neighbors and other residents are being told I am a terrorist and etc. I never imagined anything like this ever going on in the world. We have this large government and world organizations with all this power yet this atrocity is going on.
Once all this is exposed, it will be in all the history books. Let?s continue to pray for one another. All we have is God, and I am positive that all evil that is done in the dark will always come to light.
And as the 5G has now been unveiled, we have more to worry about. It has been very difficult for me to contact anyone, or write about my targeting because I didn?t know I was targeted for years, I just thought I was sick.
It was not until January 2017, the electronic torture began. So I became a targeted individual in 1997 with some electronic harassment. I know we all have a story, and I will start working on my own. Thank you for PACTS Intl.

DAMAGE FROM MICROWAVE ATTACKS DURING RICHARD LOVELACE'S INCARCERATION FOR 20 DAYS
The damage from being attacked In lockup for twenty days, not having my Faraday cage and ground shield and supplements.
My court -appointed attorney and probation officer that I gave my expert nedical reports and film to about the dozen illegally microchips RFID and microwire to spine and brain and broken bones and cancer. They failed to give my evidence to the judge. After the judge gave me twenty days I explained to the judge that I have evidence of my torture and my family murder and tried to give the judge and District Attorney my expert evidence but they refused to take it. If the District Attorney and judge would have took my evidence and let me testify, they would have called for a investigation on my wife's murder and my continuing torture and I could have got help instead of going to jail Dec. 17 2018.
I was being attacked In the courtroom as usual and for the twenty days In lockup during Christmas and New Year's. This was a probation violation because I could not do community service having cancer and a dozen illegal microchips RFID and microwire In spine and brain and broken bones, collar bone broken In two places at right arm, not even attached to my arm. And the x-ray shows the microwire and microchip that blew my shoulder apart.
Absolutely no rule of law from authorities or court-appointed attorneys. I have asked the District Attorney and probation officers and sheriff for help since March 29 2017 when my wife was microwaved to death from a distance and remotely using the microwave generators machines around my home that put burns on the body.
It's an x-ray machine using lasers just like radio therapy they use for cancer patients and it puts burns on the body while burning cancer out of the body; a pin point laser beam. But this machine gives you cancers just like the radio therapy laser at hospitals.
They will never learn that laser to burn cancers out, actually makes the cancer spread through out the body. You can't use a microwave laser that comes with radiation to burn cancers out. The radiation feeds the weaponized mycoplasma and viruses via weaponized super bugs that causes the cancers.
The weaponized super bugs love to eat the radiation. They use these parasites for chemical spills via weaponized bovine parasites mutated with the Vinsa virus. I completely cured this In 2011 and In 2012. I heard them say 'he's curing himself' and 'this can't happen.'
It's all a genocide program and marked as medical experiments. There has been a cure for what they created for decades and If you can cure what they created, you and your family will become targeted individuals to be eliminated. Just too much money In sick and dying people. Thanks and God Bless.
